Chef's Recipe: For four whole trout or salmon filets: run fish through fresh water and place in aluminum foil or baker's parchment. Place butter and lemon slices inside fish cavity. Sprinkle entire fish inside and out with seasoning. Bake at 35 degrees for 12 - 18 minutes depending on your preference. Serve with rice. Garnish with fresh thyme.
