Chef's Recipe for Southwestern Steaks: Preheat grill or oven broiler. Sprinkle Southwestern Steak Rub onto both sides of 4 rib-eye steaks. Place steaks on clean grill and cook until internal temperature reaches (145-155F). Serve with black beans and corn relish. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
