Chef's Recipe for Sassy Fish and Steaks: Preheat grill or oven broiler. Sprinkle Sassy Seasoned Pepper generously over both sides of Mahi or similar firm flesh fish steaks. Place steaks on clean grill and cook until internal temperature reaches between 140-155 degrees. Serve with black beans and rice and corn relish. Garnish with fresh cilantro and limes. Additional uses: Also use as replacement for salt and pepper on your table. Sprinkle generously over salads, cottage cheese or roasted chicken. Also excellent on grilled pork chops or beef steak.
Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
