Chef's Recipe for Canadian Steak Rub: Preheat grill or oven broiler. Sprinkle Canadian Steak Rub generously over both sides of 4 Ribeye, New York or T-Bone steaks. Place steaks on clean grill and cook until internal temperature reaches between 140-155 degrees. Serve with corn on the cob, watermelon and salad. The perfect grill recipe.
