Chef's Recipe for Shrimp: Entire contents of panko packet will generously cover 1lb of peeled shrimp. Preheat oven to 400°F· Spray shrimp with cooking spray or coat with 2 eggs, beaten. Empty entire contents of panko packet into a shallow container or re-sealable plastic bag. Remove shrimp from egg mixture and strain off any excess egg. Place shrimp in panko seasoning and toss well to coat evenly. Place one layer of shrimp evenly on a baking sheet coated lightly with cooking oil. Bake until crispy and golden brown. Turn once for even cooking. Let stand, uncovered 5 mins to crisp.
Alternate cooking method – You can also panfry the shrimp in a skillet filled with ¼" layer of cooking oil; fry until crispy and golden brown.
Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
