Chef’s Recipe for Chicken: Entire contents of panko packet will generously cover 4 chicken breasts or 1lb. of chicken. Preheat oven to 425°F. Empty entire contents of panko packet into a shallow container. Place chicken in panko seasoning and toss to coat evenly on all sides, pressing the chicken into the panko to help the seasoning adhere. Place on a baking sheet coated lightly with cooking oil. Bake for 8 mins, then flip and cook for another 5-7 mins or until well browned and cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165º. Let stand uncovered 5-10 mins to crisp.
Alternate cooking method – You can also pan fry the chicken breasts in a skillet filled with ¼" layer of cooking oil; fry until crispy golden brown.
Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
