Chef's Recipe for Ahi Steaks: Sprinkle Organic Ahi Tuna Rub generously over both sides of 4 Ahi steaks. Grill for 4 - 8 minutes until done by rotating steaks 45 degrees on grill for restaurant-style grill marks. Turn the steaks over and finish grilling. Serve with fresh green salad and your favorite rice side dish.
Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
