Chef's Recipe for Tomato Basil & Chipotle: Boil water and follow directions for al dente preparation of 12oz package of penne pasta. While waiting for pasta; clean, peel and de-vein 1 pound of 26-30 shrimp (or similar). When pasta is done drain, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss - set aside. In saute pan heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil to hot and add cleaned shrimp and entire packet of Organic seasoning. Add 1 chopped bell pepper, 1 chopped celery stalk and 2 small sliced carrots. Add 2 cups of heavy cream reduce heat and stir until thick. Pour over pasta and serve.
