Chef's Recipe for Florida Style Halibut: Perfect for halibut or other white fish. Clean the fish by running under cold water. Place fish in a clean baking dish with butter and lime juice on top. Sprinkle entire package of Lime Pepper over fish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F for 6 - 12 minutes until desired firmness is reached. Serve with pasta or rice and garnish with lime slice or wedge. Chef's Note: Best with Orange Roughy, Grouper, Halibut, Catfish, Salmon & Steaks!

Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
