Chef's Recipe for Pork or Beef Ribs: Sprinkle entire package generously over 2 to 3 pounds of pork spare ribs or beef ribs. Rub thoroughly and place seasoned ribs in glass baking dish. Roast at 225 for four hours. Baste ribs occasionally with pan juices. To make a great sauce, filter pan drippings through wire mesh and add 2 teaspoons of corn starch mixed into one cup of cold water or beer and heat to boil. Serve ribs with sauce, roasted corn and a mixed green salad!
Storage Instructions: In the case that there are remaining spices leftover in your Colorado Spice pouch, please seal in a Ziploc-style bag and store in a dark, cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.
