Run Salmon: Sprinkle 1.5oz of Sweet Salmon Rub over 4 salmon filets or steaks. (The seasoning is excellent on trout, Coho, char or steelhead.) Grill seasoned fish over medium high heat or place on baking dish in 350 degree oven and bake for 2 minutes. Garnish with butter and sweet red wine. Excellent entrée with spring vegetables and rice. Sprinkle salmon with lime or lemon juice to 'brighten' the flavor of the entree.
